When someone does not know who to contact,
BOTEN can open the right door.
A user may be looking for a beautician in Ramat Gan, a plumber in Petah Tikva, a local event, a club or a community. Instead of sending them into a noisy generic search, BOTEN checks which verified spaces exist inside the system, what matches the request and what is allowed to be shown.
Not a ranking. Not an ad slot. A relevant match from inside the system.
BOTEN does not search the whole internet and does not sell first place. It works with businesses, events and communities inside BOTEN, using only information approved for public display.
The user asks naturally
“I need a photographer for a small event” or “Do you have a beautician in Ramat Gan?”. No keyword, no form.
BOTEN checks the match
Category, area, language, approved public profile and whether the business or event is active and eligible.
The request goes to the right place
The user can see options or send a request. The business receives a lead marked as coming from Smart Discovery.
Only spaces with an approved profile.
A business with an active Reception Desk, or an event/community with an active Event plan, can become eligible once it has an approved public profile: category, area, services and contact route.
Private Space users do not appear in Discovery. Personal information, internal notes and staff permissions are not opened to suggest a match.

Smart Discovery does not open private information.
It works only with an approved public business or event profile. No ratings, no reviews, no paid promotion and no promise of leads.
No paid placement
No sponsored cards and no sold first place.
No ratings or reviews
BOTEN suggests relevant matches, not “the best businesses”.
No private data
Search does not open private memories or internal business information.
Clarifies when needed
If the category or area is unclear, BOTEN asks one short question.
Ask for a service, or become discoverable when someone is looking.
Users can simply ask. Businesses and events can become eligible through a Reception Desk or Event plan with an approved public profile.
