No. Reception Desk only answers from the approved business information you define. If something is missing, it says so and opens a lead.
BOTEN responds in the customer's language out of the 9 supported. Your summary stays in Hebrew or English as you prefer.
Yes. Send BOTEN a chat update ("I'm closed on Mondays from now") and the approved business information updates.
Businesses receive operational summaries, leads, open questions, and knowledge gaps according to permissions. Full conversations and personal user information are not exposed to the business.
You can cancel future renewal at any time from the small cancellation button in the website footer. After choosing a cancellation reason and confirming, the next charge is stopped. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid month. BOTEN does not provide prorated or automatic refunds.
BotenQ is the queue and appointment layer of Reception Desk. It gives availability-based businesses such as barbers, salons, clinics, garages and trainers a live queue, appointment management and walk-in capture through WhatsApp. Customers do not need another app. BotenQ is a Reception add-on, not a standalone product.
BotenQ is included at no extra charge in Reception Plus (149.90 NIS/month) and Reception Premium (299.90 NIS/month). On the base Reception plan (49.90 NIS/month), it can be added for 39.99 NIS/month. It can be switched on or off through WhatsApp.
Write to BOTEN on WhatsApp: “Turn on BotenQ” or “Turn off BotenQ”. BOTEN confirms the change and briefly explains what changed.
